NV SPARKLING CUVEE
After 4 years in the making, we are pleased to announce the release of our first Method traditional Champagne.
50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Munier make up this fresh style of bubbles. With only 2 grams of residual sugar this is a Brut style. 30% new French oak and 18 months on lees before its secondary ferment in bottle. Then aged in bottle for another 18 months before riddling and disgorging and dosed with the original chardonnay.
